• Returns accepted within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.
• The item must be in its original condition — unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the item arrived defective.

• Step 1: Email us at 512brull@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
• Step 2: We will send you return instructions within 48 hours.
• Step 3: Ship the item back in its original packaging.
• Step 4: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used in the original purchase.

All BRULL 512 pieces carry a 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, exposure to chemicals, or physical impact.

If your piece shows a defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
